Process on Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

No Process on Weekends and Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during public holidays. In the event of special circumstances, we will notify you in advance.

Force Majeure Delays and Exemptions:
In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.), package delivery may be delayed. We will notify you promptly and take reasonable measures to minimize the impact, but we are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill shipping obligations due to:

  •     Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, etc.
  •     Government Actions: War, civil unrest, strikes, blockades, government orders, etc.
  •     Public Health Events: Epidemics, pandemics, etc.
  •     Transportation Delays: Traffic issues, vehicle breakdowns, customs delays, etc.

Free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For more details, refer to the table above. Due to logistical limitations, free shipping is unavailable for Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping costs if your address is in these areas.

International shipping?

We currently provide shipping only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

How will my order be shipped?

We primarily use UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly to your destination.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Depends on the products' availability, products will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States or Overseas.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be displayed on your order page. You can use this number to check the real-time status and estimated delivery time of your package by visiting our tracking page or the UPS or FedEx website.

Notes: Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide are accurate to avoid any delivery delays. If you do not receive your package within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service department promptly.

What if I cannot find my package?

If Your Package Shows as Delivered but You Cannot Find It, Please Follow These Steps:
Verify Delivery Status

  • Check the delivery information: Ensure the delivery address is correct and check common delivery spots (such as the porch, back door, garage, etc.) for your package.

Check with Neighbors and Family

  • Confirm with neighbors or family: Your package may have been delivered to a neighbor or picked up by a family member. Verify if anyone has received your package, especially if the courier left it in a secure location nearby when no one was available to accept it.

Contact the Carrier

  • Verify delivery details: Reach out to the carrier to confirm the delivery location and time. The carrier may provide a delivery photo or other evidence to help you locate the package.
  • Keep records: Document your communication with the carrier and any confirmation details for future reference.

Package May Be Lost or Stolen

  • Initiate an investigation: If you confirm that the package may be lost or stolen, contact the carrier immediately to start an investigation. You may also file a police report and contact your credit card company to claim purchase protection.
  • Police report: If you suspect theft, file a report with your local police department to provide legal support for any future claims.
  • Credit card protection: If your credit card offers purchase protection, contact your card issuer as soon as possible and file a claim. Most credit cards provide compensation in case of theft, usually requiring proof of purchase, tracking details, and a police report.

Our Support

  • Resolution and support: Once the carrier and your credit card company confirm that the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the investigation results. We will also assist you in communicating with the relevant parties to protect your rights. While package theft may be beyond our control, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and a smooth shopping experience, even in challenging situations like this.

I ordered multiple items or stackable crates. Why did I receive only one package?
If you placed multiple orders or purchased stackable crates, we ship each item separately, with one single-layer crate per package. For example, if you bought 3 different crates, you'll receive 3 packages, or if you bought a 3-layer stackable crate, it will be split into 3 packages. Due to warehouse processing and logistics, packages may arrive separately but usually not far apart. Each package has its own tracking number, so please use the provided tracking numbers to follow your shipments. If you encounter any issues or delays, please contact us.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
You can change it before shipment by contacting us, but not after it’s shipped—please double-check your address when ordering.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
No, we do not support splitting a single order across multiple addresses. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

What if there is shipping damage?
If the product is damaged during shipping, we will offer to either send replacement parts, issue a refund, or arrange an exchange, depending on the extent of the damage and your preference.

Can I expedite my shipping?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping services. All orders are processed and shipped according to standard shipping times.

What should I do if my tracking number shows no movement or is not updating?
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. If there is no movement after this time, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you offer signature service upon delivery?
We do not currently offer signature service for deliveries.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Can you deliver to a military address (APO, FPO, DPO)?
Delivery Service:
Yes, we can deliver to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Due to the nature of military addresses, the delivery time may be 7-14 days longer than standard addresses or even longer in some cases.

Delivery Restrictions:
Some services may not be able to deliver to military addresses. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether delivery is possible.
